We can design, build and deliver every aspect of your building construction project
A well-established construction company, Kent Structures excels in delivering high quality, fully managed design and build solutions.
We have gained a reputation for delivering first-class building projects on time and to budget.
Forward thinking and progressive, we constantly strive to improve our business practices and meet our key objectives of cost-certainty, performance, and quality.
We put a high value on client relationships, and the majority of work comes from repeat business or recommendation.
We have a highly-skilled and dedicated in-house team that always goes the extra mile to ensure you get the most from your budget and the land available.
As a reputable design and build company we uphold the Golden Thread principle to robustly manage safety and ensure compliance with building regulations.
With every building construction project Kent Structures undertakes there is a responsibility to make our work processes more sustainable.
Daniel started his career with four years in the RAF, before moving on to working in London-based cladding and glazing companies – working on huge projects such as the Eden project. Moving back to Kent, he continued a successful career in construction; including re-development of his old school.
With over 20 years in the construction industry, Dan is an integral part of all that we do as a company. He fully involves himself in every step of a project, listening to the client’s wishes to ensure their house becomes a real home.
With creative flair and an eye for detail, Dan leads his team to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Outside of work, Dan is a big family man who loves spending time with his wife and daughters (and their three dogs). He loves to keep busy outdoors and watch rugby!
Justin brings a wealth of construction industry expertise to the Kent Structures team. With a background as a carpenter, he’s unafraid to return to fundamentals to achieve sustainable outcomes. Like Dan, Justin honed his skills in major building corporations, bringing with him impressive skills and an ability to help clients achieve great results – regardless of the project’s scale.
Justin believes our strength lies in value engineering and sustainability. As a company we create houses and buildings that are adapted to the needs of the client, so both these elements are key. Through design, our choice of quality materials and hard work, we always achieve the best outcomes.
In his free time, Justin loves spending time with his wife and four daughters, going out with friends and family and archery.
Nikki started out as an Accounts Assistant at a local company supplying kitchen ranges for the major house builders.
Nikki pursued her studies towards AAT, then joined a plastic extrusion company. Here she managed company accounts and contracts, again working closely with the major house builders. Nikki was supported in her studies towards the CIMA, alongside priceless in-house mentorship, during her 7 years in this role.
After taking time off to start a family, Nikki returned to construction. This time taking on a new set of challenges with an award-winning refurbishment company. She joined Kent Structures in 2023.
When not at work, Nikki enjoys paddle boarding, spending time with her children, and attending music and theatre events.
Paloma is a key part of the Kent Structures team. She supports Dan with her skills through drawing designs for projects and helps the rest of the team problem solve whenever needed. Paloma never fails to deliver on time with a high quality of work that fits the vision of the client perfectly.
Paloma thinks Kent Structures’ main attribute is the willingness to explore ideas that are creative and unusual to solve problems. Saving money through innovation is something that many companies are often hesitant to try.
In her free time, Paloma loves to cook, travel and have fun with her family and friends. She has recently completed her studies in interior design and is working on her 3D visualisation skills as a hobby!
