This project involved the design and construction of a technical and engineering centre with service yard for BT. The new build facility is sited within the Canterbury Business Park.

Ground Improvement and Retaining Wall
The building was constructed on a brownfield site, and we undertook extensive cut and fill on the site and created a gabion retaining wall to retain the site adjacent to the existing farm track.

Steel Frame Building Construction and Fit Out
A typical steel portal framed building was constructed, with composite cladding throughout. All the internal fit out was completed to the BT specification.

Hard Standing and Access Road
An extensive 1 acre concrete yard was installed to a high standard and an access estate road of some 1700m2 created.

The project was 7000sq.ft and was completed for under £0.9m.
